Hao Peng pointed out in his speech that the establishment of China Shipbuilding Group is an urgent need to promote the development of China's defense science and technology industry, a major measure to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises, and an inevitable requirement to enhance the competitiveness of China's shipbuilding industry.
